I checked the configuration values of both versions and there were on 3 settings input 5, 8 and output 1. They both had the same values. So still not completely sure what went on.

Good news! It's Alive!
1. Removed BB and re-flashed the software. Re-installed BB on Acorn
2. Re-installed CNC12
3. Set inputs and outputs in Bench Test mode -- was able to move axis'
4. Changed to Drive Type Clearpath -- still have movement

Software issue all along?

If you are using the Clearpath cables and the colors are correct then yes, blue, white and black go to 5v. Just follow the wiring diagram wire for wire. Until you get the relay board you can leave the green wire disconnected, you'll still get movement. Resistor, twist the wire around one leg, solde...

Thanks for the insight. Not sure they do house calls to Canada though. Sorry that I totally misunderstand what a user forum is. Just close this thread, as I must be the only one with this question.

Thanks but none of them include both a contactor and the C86 board. Both boards have no fault on each of them. Either the wiring diagram shows how to wire no fault between Acorn and C86 or Acorn and a contactor. There isn't a drawing involving all three.

Has anyone created an updated drawing utilizing Acorn, Clearpath,C86ACCP and contactor to control the power to IPC5?
