Re: Looking for a X-axis DC servo from older CHNC retrofit
Unfortunately, that length may be a deal-breaker for the Hardinge, because the X motor sits between the motor mount (which moves with the cross-slide) and the back of the bed. Increasing the length of the motor limits X+ travel. The old Centroid 17 in-lb motor is probably around 7.2" from flan...

Looking for a X-axis DC servo from older CHNC retrofit
I got this Hardinge lathe a few years ago and am just now getting around to fixing it. The servo for the X-axis is hosed.
Original Part# 3879
17-in/lb @ 5 amps
2350 RPM @ 120vdc
any out there?

6 VDC Coolant pump
I have a marine bilge pump that I'd like to use for coolant on my knee mill. Is there a way to get 6 VDC out of my Allin1dc ?

This screenshot is showing the result of loading my reference tool in order to find Z ref.

Re: TT-4 issues
Parameter 18 is set to 50771 (KP-3 connected trips this one)
Is there a new parameter to use for the 50772 (this is the one I observed going green when connecting the TT-4)

Re: TT-4 issues
Thanks, will go change it.
Question - was this mentioned in the release info for the code update as something that may need to be addressed at the machine?
I'm terrible at reading all the fine print.
