Does the drive itself actually display a fault?

If it's just the PLC input you can invert it by pressing alt-i from the main screen. Use the arrow keys to select the input to invert and then press ctrl-alt-i to invert it

I don't see any reason Aux11 shouldn't turn on OT3. Use PLC detective to investigate. Press ctrl-e when you're not running a job to bring it up
