Re: Unable to Set Spindle Speed via G-Code
Frankly, I'm surprised anything worked but at least you are now making progress. Why? Imagine trying to make sense of a phone call when you can only hear 1 word out of 3 in every other sentence and I'm not talking of selective hearing  I think you could also usefully tidy up / replace the w...

Re: Unable to Set Spindle Speed via G-Code
Your error log is absolutely full of MPU and PC resends. This MUST be addressed before trying to work out other issues as the system will not work properly until this is sorted.

Re: Wizard Outputs List
Don't drag your OUTPUT5 out of the box and then try to drag in another. Simply drag your new Output setting into and over the top of the existing setting which will automatically remove the old setting. 1 single drag and drop instead of 2

No, the software travel limits are calculated from the Home position and therefore only operational after Homing.

Re: Tool setter positioning
You can use G28 / G30 / G30 P2 / G30 P3 and set to be any position you like. Navigate as follows from main menu F1 Setup / F1 Part / F9 WCS Table / F1 Return. You now choose 1 of the 4 Return points (to match Clint's macro) and enter the appropriate co-ords remembering they are Machine Co-ords NOT W...

Re: Confused over home switches and limit switches
I have A axis setup on my mill without a home switch and therefore it's homed in whatever position it happens to be. This is not a problem since it has a 3/4 jaw chuck / faceplate. However, in the event of an unexpected stop (power failure, programming SNAFU etc) midway through a job, you may need t...

Re: WMPG6 Controller issues < usb ports , don't use power save or sleep >
No I didn't hand enter the field. I installed and then used the backup form the previous install from the Pentium computer since it was running the same machine, all I did was update the computer. Before I got the machine his WMPG-4 was working fine and had no issues. He made sure everything was up...
