Hello thanks for the response . I do have a wide screen touch screen, lots of room for the vcp on the screen empty space on right hand of the screen just about the perfect space for the vcp. the start Icons are not one but two. So alt tab takes me to either.

have my software loaded, did bench test, vitual control panel and centroid 12 not on the same monitor screen.
