410 Position Error- Estun Drives
Hello, has anyone ever seen this before and know how to fix it, or would you try to run these two programs of mine and tell me if you had the same problems or not..? I get position errors on 2 different axis from 2 different programs.. and the one if I delete 2 of the 3 consecutive X axis moves the ...

Re: Oak/Estun Servo Problem
That's it!
Plain as day, the schematic shows that PS1 connects there. I guess I overlooked it, thinking that is spindle drive related.
Thank You!

Oak/Estun Servo Problem (RESOLVED)
Hello, I was wondering if anyone could get me out of my problem. I am a proud owner of my second Centroid CNC mill Kit. I have the Estun EMG 2 KW servos and drives, my machine partially wired with no active alarms displayed. When I go into MDI I get drive fault alarm 9027, I clear that with the E st...

Re: Drilling in Other Planes
I was going to do the custom macro but I got thrown off when I realized I couldn’t use a system variable figure out what plain I was in, and there is no While/DO statements. But I did get a reaction on the graph screen when I put 16385 into parameter 166 and programed a B axis angle and a G183. Base...

Drilling in Other Planes
Hello,
How dose the Centroid CNC control deal with Drilling holes in an G18 or G19 Plain can it do it?
Like if my tool was on the X minus side and the part was on the X plus side.
Typically I would program:
G19
G83 Z.5 Y2. X1. R-.3 Q.125 F2.0
To drill 1” deep in X axis.

AC/DC 30 Power input and performance with single phase power
Hello, Anyone have any advice? I was thinking of installing AC/DC drivers on a retrofit mill project. I was thinking of using AC servo motors like an HJ130C8-64S. I Have residential single phase power. It seems to me I won’t get enough Rectified DC voltage in to these amps to reap the Performance ga...
