Well I'v spent the past few days figuring out stack text and texturing with some success.

I copied the Zero all VCP AUX button to macro 4 button on my CWP-4

Jay, from what I gather smoothing dose change the code on the fly. That's why CNC 12 wants a min single thread of 1500 or higher CPU. So any hiccup in the pipe line to BBG would show up in the motion control too. The only other thing i can think of...... is maybe not having a dedicated video card on...

Todd, I have seen this before I had a machine set to run overnight and finish in the daytime, on this one it was the cpu fan slowing down, have a look at the cooling fan on your cpu when it comes to a stop or goes randomly off, might even be better to change to another fan just for a try.
