It seems that you might need some counterweights. Gary's suggestion is dead on! If you still want to add the lines at the end of the code, search for the onclose() function in the postprocessor and add in it the following lines: writeBlock("M92/Z L1"); writeBlock("M105/Z P-4 F10"...

does anyone has the calculation i need to get the correct crosshatch angle at the different bore sizes and diferences in strokelength the numbers i like to find out is the rpm needed on the hone and the stroke in distance per minute for the down and up motion both steppermotors with have an encoder...
