Wireless MPG is a jerk

This morning it decided to jerk or stutter while moving in all axis.
Changed batteries. Same stutter.
Seems to me someone ran into this before but I can't find the thread.
Suggestions?

Re: Anyone know of a good site to find feeds and speeds for unknown tooling?

I have fwizard on my phone and Gwizard on the computer. Use Gwizard the most. Machines doing production have higher speeds, augers and good enclosed cabinets so water makes sense. I am limited to 4k, less than desirable shielding doing job work primarily in aluminum. I use mql using Unist fluids dis...

Z height setting tool #

I use the same tool (probe) for everything.
In the part Z setting (setup/tool/part Z zero) the tool number needs entered.
I sometimes (too often) forget to enter the probe # .
Is there a parameter # that controls that input that I can set to my probe # ?

Re: invalid value, F360, Swissi post

OK, I have tried several different posts with the same results.
I then opened up some previous successful projects and that E54 does not show. G54 has taken it's place
SOOO, it's something weird with this file.

Found it. It's a 360 gramming error.

SOLVED: invalid value, F360, Swissi post

Fusion 360. Post Swissi 005 Up til now no real issue with 360 or Swissi post. The latest Fusion 360 update changed the post window a bit. Gray and boring. That is neither here or there. I am getting an invalid value on line 13 showing E54. Looks like that should be G54 yes, no, maybe? I will run it ...

Re: Homing got lost. This can't be good.

Fixed it. I had fumble fingered Parm. 5 which told it not to do the homing.
Thanks Marc at cncsnw for the look see.

Homing got lost. This can't be good. (Resolved)

Fired up the machine. The usual pop up window to home the machine did not appear.
Manually discovered that all my axis limits were fubar.
Tried a shut down and reboot to no avail more than once.
Lost it's mind.
No clue where to start.

Re: Spindle encoder and fine boring

update:
I have ordered hardware and Marc is going to hold my hand on any programming required.
This will likely take a couple of weeks at least but I will post up what takes place just so the next guy has a head start.
