Disconnect wires from both Vout and COM analog terminals on Acorn and measure voltage on those terminals when manually commanding 1750 rpm. Does this produce 5vdc
Did you clean up wiring as we suggested in your other thread?
And PLEASE, post a new and current Report.zip

How about researching if Ceramic Bearings could be an option assuming they are available in your size. My air cooled Router spindle uses this up to 24K rpm but does need 10 minute warm up before use. However, I don't know the suitability for a Mill

The DB25 is supplied with 5vdc from the board itself i.e. not a separate supply. Centroid's Installation manual shows a photo on page 54 with connections as follows: - Red wire from DB25 Pin 2 to drive Pul+ - Black wire from DB25 Pin 3 to drive Pul - - Blue wire from DB25 Pin 18 to drive Dir+ - Yell...

Re: Unable to Set Spindle Speed via G-Code
Your error log is absolutely full of MPU and PC resends. This MUST be addressed before trying to work out other issues as the system will not work properly until this is sorted.

Re: Wizard Outputs List
Don't drag your OUTPUT5 out of the box and then try to drag in another. Simply drag your new Output setting into and over the top of the existing setting which will automatically remove the old setting. 1 single drag and drop instead of 2
