Well the precision of the customer is under 50micron and normally the open loop max Handel that band .
Customer has a cost constraint that's why I go to acorn.
If u ask me oak is the best solution for such type machine.I prefer closed loop strategy

I used the new motor Delta asda2 in most Cincinnati retrofit

I made 6 Cincinnati and retrofit 800+ machine mostly all brands .

Yes you short the pins with a jumper and move it by hand .
I am sure about this motor it's a 6 Pole motor .

It's look like your motor is 6pole motor and I don't think it will use with yaskawa drive .
U need to check by shorting UVW and count the no of step need to move one revolution of motor .No of step show the pole of motor.

CTB is economical and has variety of features.for both C axis and for drill tap m.c

I need to know backlash compensation is available during jogging .I remember in some version lash compensation is disabled in jogging and working only in auto mode .
I have a dialing center position error problem in X axis ,it's 0.035mm shift from center
Please clearly
