I upgraded the software to V4.50. The machined "homed" when I powered it up and pressed cycle start.

If I load my license file and then load the wireless pendant using the wizard to get that set up. And then Copy over the CNC directory would I over write the settings for the wireless pendant?

I changed Parameter 240 to .050". and ran the test program. I am thinking that was the problem. I am now getting 18 threads per inch and the threads look better as well. I just had to do minor tweaking on the minor diameter and the ring gauge went right on. Thank you for all the assistance. I w...

The thread pitch is .027" or 36 TPI. Originally even when I had the wrong value in parameter 34 it was still off by a factor of 2.

The threads are clean. Just out of curiosity I and changed the pitch of the thread to .125" (5/8-8) and it is almost correct by my thread gauge.

I fixed the parameters and re-tuned the VFD to ensure the spindle speed commands was set properly. I verified the spindle seed commanded matched the spindle speed indicator on CNC12 and I also verified the Spindle speed with a mechanical tachometer. My fat fingers got the best of me again. evidently when I changed parameter 34 I ended up changing 35 and did not realize it. THank you for all the assistance to keep me straight. Now I can move on and re calibrate the speed settings
