Did you inadvertently wire relay 1 (R1 - R1C) to INP3, instead of relay 2 (R2 - R2C)?
By default, relay 1 activates when the drive starts running.
By default, relay 2 activates when there is a fault.
See P3.11 and P3.12 in chapter 4 of the GS2 drive manual.

Re: Milling a hole (conversational) and hole creeps
How does the tool move if you dry run it without material?
How about if you re-run the job after the skewed cut (so it should theoretically be retracing its path without cutting any more material)?
How exactly did you check to confirm that you are not skipping steps?

Re: ATC macro help
The M15 and M16 macros from bmilam's report do not match the PLC program or the M6 macro.
Perhaps Keith or Chris could comment.

Re: Yaskawa Sigma 5 Drive Reset for Light Curtain Integration
If your goal is to allow the operator to interrupt the light curtain and cause hardware inhibit of the drives, while a program cycle is running, without cancelling that program cycle, then you are going to be frustrated. It is a consistent premise of Centroid's control that, once you ask Centroid to...

Re: Yaskawa Sigma 5 Drive Reset for Light Curtain Integration
If you are opening the HBB circuit (CN8), then I don't see any reason to worry about the S_ON signal. The servo is not going to move. If your issue is that you have not been able to get the control to remove the axis enable, so that the drive can be brought back on line, then that is because you nee...

Re: Version 4.20 X Axis Soft Limit Not Working
On a lathe, X axis travel limits are in actual travel (radius amount).
A limit of -3.0 would let you move -6" on the DRO, because the DRO is showing you diameter (twice the actual travel).

Re: Lathe usb (contour shuttle) jog axis selection moving wrong axis
On a lathe, trying to set up the X axis as axis #1, and the Z axis as axis #3, is not going to work. CNC12 assumes internally that the first two axes act as Z and X, in that order (noting, though, that they are reversed on the DRO). You will need to edit the PLC program logic and message texts to ma...

Re: flying cables to servo driver/amp for oak
If you do install SGDB-series amplifiers, then you can use the pre-fabricated Oak/Yaskawa axis interface cables from Centroid, rather than making your own from the flying-lead cables.

Re: flying cables to servo driver/amp for oak
It is probable that those motors would work with standard 1.0kW 200V Sigma I amplifiers: i.e. SGDB-10ADG.
However, those have been out of production for a long time, so you may pay a significant premium for ones that have any kind of warranty.

On the Oak-based system, experiment with increasing the Deadstart and DeltaVmax speeds on the Machine Configuration -> Jog Parameters table.
