Here is the cabinet, the VFD is isolated in a different box.

I just started it from the control pad on the VFD without any wires connected to acorn. We are working on isolation the VFD from the rest of the components, entirely. I will post pictures tomorrow.

Had a strange thing happen. I started the spindle manually, not connected to acorn and all of the axis started moving. What would cause this?

10,000 RPM is what the manual says for minimum setting on the spindle.
I tried the other settings and no luck.

I have gone through the steps outline and have tested up to the auto spindle control before attaching the wiring. I have attached the requested files and images.

Hello, I have recently purchased an ACorn board and have bee trying to get the spindle to respond to computer commands. I followed the wiring diagram on the Centroid site but all I get is a green light when the on-screen button is pushed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
