..... Has anybody been able to make it work with more than one tool? It's ok making videos on You Tube but do you ever see a valid result to the accuracy of the probing with more than one tool. Yes every time I setup my tools. Accuracy depends also on the runout of the probe, so if you have 0.02mm ...

Are they set to US number format and keyboard?

Your setup is 25mm / Rev with 6400 steps = 0.00390625 mm / Step

No way to make the CNC move from 25mm to 25.001 mm

Your deviation is caused by rounding from the setup operating with a to coarse resolution
