Tried and Failed.
How it looks opened with Edge:

Editing my Plasma VCP, I started with an existing button for shape and color, deleted/re-wrote the text, saved as new button. The button is 100x100 pixels and looks like this in Inkscape:
but looks like this in VCP:
What am I doing wrong?

As of now THC is good on V5.0. I've cut about 30 parts today, and no issues with the THC. and the two times I did have to restart it were from running over a hole in the reclaimed sheet. But THC was active the whole time.

Also not sure if I should start a new thread for another problem/question, but here goes. Why is the THC disabled on a restart after a collision/tip up/run off the sheet? Or even dry running to the restart point and beginning the cut again. That is extremely annoying. I hate wasting material. EDIT: ...

Maybe my post was not worded like I intended. I never tried to get the exhaust to turn on with gcode in the previous install. It was just something I figured out on the new install before getting the button to work.

I had the Exhaust working on a button on the VCP before updating to CNC12 V5.0. I now have it working again as the AirBlow button in the VCP controlling M94M95113 and AirBlowNozzle mapped to OUTPUT 3 in the wizard. But when commanding M94/113 in gcode or MDI it does nothing. That's something I was originally considered. I've hooked it up now, but have yet to try it out.
