How hard can it be for centroidcnc to put a voltage regulator on the board ?

Situation report I had another weg here but different model (older with far less functions) and it works. No voltage rising (it stays 0.12 volts) when all is connected. I will put this one inside the box to see but I believe that it will work. I will check all.the parameters on the newer one to see ...

Go into MDI and type M3 S0, cycle start Then type M5 cycle start Then read the voltage. What is the voltage? There are NO adjustments to the analog output. I'm guessing its AC noise the VFD is generating on terminals where there should be only DC voltage present. A small capacitor ACROSS the analog input terminals might block this noise.
