I need a Zerospeed signal in yaskawa sigma5 or sigma2 Drive in Zaxis .Any idea how i can configure any output of yaskawa sigma5 or sigma2 .
Or any possibility how can i make in centroid plc?

Velocity mode is more precise and 100% close loop update error on fly. I did my 600+ installations on velocity or torque mode. Precision or Position mode did not based on error no PID algorithm. My part didn't have a under cut at Z-10mm when thread End it made a round step which not required .
Also we didn't want any undercut all

when press estop the out9 must be off 1st to hold and then servo off . Servo off logic need to be change by centroid. I have similar problem i used relay output for servo Enable and made custom logic ,1st brake applied and then 50ms servo off keep in mind work for velocity and position mode only not...

When will centroid launch or have any plan to use absolute buffer type encoder as a standard in oak to eliminate limit switch .Most of the new m.c has no limit switch .
They are using buffer type absolute encoder as a standard.
