use the <Alt i> screen to debug the wiring you can trip the switch by hand and see which input is triggering

what make model of prox switch is being used? attach the wiring/spec sheet as well. video shows X moving to home but the message is the Z switch tripping.. check your wiring and the Axis configuration. what make model size of motors and drives?
sounds like lost steps which could be due to be too much drag/binding/sticking on Z axis
assuming you have calibrated the axis properly.
is this a new problem or first time cuts?
