Here are the pictures with my meter going from H1 24IN to Ground and then H4 24IN to Ground where they both show 8.4 volts. I pulled a wire from the 24+ power coming in ran it over to the 24 in on H1- seemed logical it does say 24 in- then ran a resistor into my z axis- a couple of zaps and a tiny bit of smoke I see now that you clearly did not have the 24+ wired in there.
