Re: Please help! I fried my THC!!!
Looks like the TX Board had a similar fate. Your in uncharted waters with the ProPoint. Try and contact them for any information on there voltage divider. Any chance of the ProPoint working with the TX will be through a divider Board that has good filters and isolation. The Proma Voltage divider is ...

Sword,
Was your 5.08 Install 32bit?
The 5.1RC3 is 64bit. Just checking if that's a difference between the two builds.

Re: Possible accel/decel bug while sending a G1 in MDI
Thanks for the Report. This is not looking like a bug. I'm Chalking this up to the Extremely Low Resolution with Smoothing. Turn smoothing off in the Profile manager and try your tests again. With the current V5.08 you can reduce Parameter 223 from 1000 down to around 100. This will Prevent Smoothin...

Re: THC issue
Running a Test Cut to see what The Target Voltage should be for a profile works well. Since the Feed rate and voltage profile settings with Primeweld don't exactly match up and change at the same rate as a Hypertherm the Voltage will need figured out with each profile. If the feed rate or cut height...

Re: Torch Height and Amperage
To help fight ground loops All Grounds in the cabinet should be connected at a single point. All grounds will connect at the ground bus bar that is mounted/continuity to the sub panel that is also mounted and has continuity to the cabinet. As for the Acorn power supply connecting the ground and COM ...

Re: Torch Height and Amperage
Yes or the TX board connection to the Hypertherm is incorrect.
Most likely a ground loop in the Cabinet.
Pictures of all the connections would help.

Also, any changes should be done in the wizard for acorn plasma.
I would just do a fresh install and complete the setup in the wizard.

Re: Torch Height and Amperage
I don't see any Good THC plots. All the Plots have High voltage cycling. Mark Plot.png I would not fire the torch anymore. Can you Post Pictures of the Cabinet and how the THC and Acorn kits are wired? More pictures the Better! On the Bright side the Plots all look the same. So its probably somethin...

Re: Please help! I fried my THC!!!
A float switch or Float device like the myohmic pro will need to be installed to touch off without a TX board. A replacement TX board can be found here https://shopcentroidcnc.com/shop/cnc-support/thc-replacement-tx-board/ I would suggest a Voltage divider board my the Proma voltage divider since ot...

Re: Torch Height and Amperage
A report will help to verify the THC is working correctly. Turn the Plot on in the Utility menu to help build more plots when cutting. Make sure the correct profile set is loaded into the Profile manager. Just make sure the Hypertherm amperage setting is the same as the profile selected. For the 45 ...
