Digger.
Looking at the Photo album.
I see the Drives do not have a 4000 step setting.
It Appears they are set as OFF OFF ON ON which is 3200 Steps.
These are your current drives in the Pictures correct?

Re: Can Lose power in one half of whole system.?
Best bet is to Contact Hypertherm.
I think I remember someone on YouTube rigging up a hand torch. I think it was Clough49. It was a 45xp but the larger Power max hand torches should be the same.

Re: Issues with Torch Calibration
Checked out the Latest Plots yesterday The Last Plot was not looking good. Tiny Man Plot.png Turn the Plot capture on in the F7 Utility menu and dry run some jobs. This will capture plots without the torch running to see what the Cabinet is showing. Refrain from firing the Torch until this is resolv...

Re: Issues with Torch Calibration
I would double check the divided voltage lines going to the TX board from the Hypertherm to ensure the Correct pins were used on the Hypertherm. In your picture the red going to the ANLV and Black to the GND make me nervous. PIN 5 from the Hypertherm is the Negative of the Devided voltage and goes t...
