Sounds like you are using v4.14 for Oak and Allin1dc.

To run Acorn v4.14 you need a running Acorn connected to the cncpc.

Read the release notes for v4.14 for update to this.

Reinstall any license files through the utility menu after installing v4.14 just like you did with 4.12
