I just placed my order for the Acorn package. I'm hoping my laptop will work until I have the funds to buy a dedicated PC for it.

Laptop below recommended specs?
Hello,
I'm about to order an Acorn and am wondering if a laptop running Windows 10 with a single thread benchmark in the 900 range will run the CNC software. I'm new to all this CNC stuff and this will be installed on a mini mill so my needs are very basic.
