Does your carousel have a homing switch defined? It sounds like it is "driving by" the sensor

This can also be caused by an incomplete or improper auto tune. Especially on dual motor axes

#1: The C86ACCP is not compatible with the AcornSIX

#2: Both your ClearPaths and steppers will connect directly to the AcornSIX via flying leads into the terminal blocks

#3: Most stepper alarms will work with AcornSIX

#4: Are you sure that those <200ozin steppers are suitable for your mill?
