Connect those LeadShine (clone) drives to the DB25 connector and make sure that you do not connect to the enable pin on the drive

Yours is a pretty straightforward tangential cutter application. As long as you have a CAM program that can output the C axis positions, I see no obstacles. It looks like you are connecting to a 24v com terminal on the power block. The 24v(+) terminals are the 2 on the far right

Have you tried adding a 0.1mfd capacitor across the Acorn analog terminals?

If you wish your analog voltage to be linear, set the wizard rpm minimum to zero. Then set your desired minimum speed in the VFD parameters (Htz Min)

NO sensors are usually cheaper and for the purposes of homing or limits on a homebuilt router they will perform every bit as good as the NC versions. Try using the WPG Pendant's wheel. Works as fast (or as slow) as you desire.
