or Alt+I to see if the input is switched when the switch triggers.... But also a tripped switch while starting CNC and a wrong direction in the home file (m92/91) will cause problems. I don’t think so because I was able to home the CNC before the upgrade, I just had to shutdown the controller box…

Good luck in your search Tony and keep in mind a 6090 frame isn't 48", not even close. Is this frame for custom cues or something else? If it's for light duty have you thought about building a frame with the extruded aluminum? They are good for light duty work and be be an option for you. Shaw...

So it has to do with the way the gcode is being generated.
Where are the settings for that "constrained" feed rate in CNC12?
