Hello,
I tried to home the machine and all axis home fine except for the A axis. A axis does not home.
I have attached a picture of, forgive me for the wood dust…
What am I doing wrong?

If you followed Keith's instructions, the homing routine (cncm.hom) will have been created, and the homing command for the 4th axis will be in it. Then upon power up, when instructed to home the machine, it will automatically do it (if you have it set up correctly). The command on the bottom of the...

Reason, because the job file tells it to feed at 5ipm. Solution, edit the file to use a higher feed rate. The final cut is made at 5ipm. When the machine starts a new cut it uses 25ipm. There is no G code saying that. The 25ipm and 5ipm is just to cut. When the Final Cut is done it returns to start...

Turning some wood round and when returning to the next cut the cnc is running like 5ipm... Super super sloooooooooooow.
What can I check to correct the behavior?
