i think the easy way to do this remove the thc unit just use acorn that way sheet cam can control z axis 100 percent no thc needed on tube cutters

first when i build controllers for plasma. Check the voltage polarity coming out of the Hypertherm cpc cord . Some diy cords are wrong . wrong polarity will not give arc ok to thc bord . This is common mistake . Also the bord can be tested using a small battery procedure in the manual

there thermal unit has 50 to 1 and 30 to 1 set 50 to 1 it should be fine

i personally used robot 3T bord it works fine i did not use it on acorn it was on another controller i also know few others that have also . theirs also a guy on FB form that used Hypertherm torch on Everlast also . it was a wile ago .
