Thanks Tom, I must seem like a milling novice. I guess that's because I am. I've had my mill over 10 years, but have been using it manually, with servo motors for movement. It is only now that I have started to do the thing that I bought it for, all those years ago.

Thanks Keith. Is there something like intercon for the mill?

I swapped the inputs around for the X axis and it now homes the X axis to the RHS of the mill. Why it changed is still unknown, but it seems to be fixed.
