Re: Refit of old CandCNC Machine
I'm 99% sure it's happening because of the tool offsets. I think that you have to measure your endmill stick out and enter it in the tool offsets in cnc12. I didn't want to deal with measuring every time since it's hard to install them perfect with the type of spindle we use, so I got a fixed tool s...

Re: Park Documentation
First and foremost post a report so that you can get help from Centroid. Any idea where I can find the manual with the Park documentation? My bad the manual just tells you what park does. All the manuals are on the Centroid website. There's a lot of info on the forum and like I said I personally hav...

Re: Refit of old CandCNC Machine
I'm using number 4) since I have a tool setter and touch plate so I don't know if the macro you are using has any issues. You should have your z travel set to where the collet touches the work surface, or on my machine I have it set even lower since I can cut off the table if I ever need to. Also di...

Re: Refit of old CandCNC Machine
https://centroidcncforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=63&t=1493&hilit=Routers+and+mills Is this where you got the macro from? Post your wizard screen shots for those of us that haven't looked at your report. Just to verify, you only have 1.6" of z travel? My router has 11.25" of z travel. Y...

Re: Jogging limited to one direction
Try setting the limits to 0 not sure if it will make a difference, but if you set them to zero there won't be a limit on travel.

Re: Latest version 4.18 wont home or jog. (Estop condition, resolved)
I had another question, why isn't there a ground going to the AC drivers? I'm not trying to pile on, but you should talk to your boss about cleaning up the wiring on the mill. Sounds like he was giving you a hard time but it appears he doesn't have his machine wired correctly.

Re: Latest version 4.18 wont home or jog. (Boss is pissed please help)
Do you have the Acorn com going to input 1,2,8? Are the inputs going to anything other than the Acorn common?
