You can't drive SD3 with OAK. All in One DC is for DC brushed servo motors which you do not have. They are not an option unless you want to remove the servo motors and replace them. i have an m400 control rtk3 sd3 servo drive and servos i have started to dismantle the machine to start my journey for the rebuild . i need to know that if i don’t use all the systems on the original machine tool changer door lock ect that sort of thing will this throw up errors if they are removed ...

thank you for the reply i had a quick look on eBay and these looked easy to mount and connect to does this look like a good base to build from adding the parts you suggest or can you recommend and all in one off the shelf unit . according to the drawing f6 is 15a ill check to see if mine is the same...

I am going to assume that Centroid is thinking you are just using 2 legs of that rectifier input and putting single phase into the existing rectifier. DC is DC and the only variable should be how much ripple is in the DC. If you use the proper rectifier circuit, you will get clean DC output regardl...

the supply to the rectifier is 220v 3 phase , i only have 240v single phase can this be configured differently or will i need another power supply. i read the sd3 manual and there was a line about matching supply with the motor voltage which according to the servo nameplate is 260v so my question is...

thank you we have 220v here in the uk so 220v to the drive power input on the sd3 will drive the servo's ? in the rtk3 use the relays to switch on a 220v 3ph vfd to power coolant and another for the carousel? from memory im pretty sure the transformer was step down ,220,110,24v I was expecting not t...
