I'm not home currently. Take a look at the Acorn system schematic on how to wire the estop relay coil to you estop power supply and button with two NC contact blocks. I have fought an intermittent servo fault on the X axis since I got this machine running. The only real work around I found was to keep lowering rapids and acceleration.
