If i write only M7 in the makro, Mist will turn on, but i can only jog with the MPG after pressing cycle stop. And it works only if Coolant is on Auto on the VCP.

I would like to have one makro for turning off/on Auto coolant and one for turning on/off Mist Cooling, working like the buttons on the VCP, so I can switch the Mist Coolant while a job is running.

Mist cooling is set to OUTPUT1 but M94 /61 or simply M7 will not work the way I want...

Hi Uwe, I set my pulses per rev to 1600 when I was using my conventional steppers vs the closed looped ones. I did set the pulses per rev to 4000 when using the closed loop steppers. I also tried all values below 4000 and set the appropriate dip switches on the CL86Y drivers but still no movement. ...

Cl86T are the premium drivers, not the CL86Y...

If they run only in one direction change DIP 7 on the driver, should work then...

The buttons are configured, just assign the function in the Wizard to the used Out on the relaybord and it works.

Today i put everything in the cabinet, installed NPN proximity switches for all axes, and tested homing and did a testrun....
