Re: CNC12 V5.09 beta REV3 is now available for testing.
Hmm...if that's the case, that's a bit of feature creep that I don't care for. Don't really want everything powered up by just launching the software, and having a possibility of a false condition of the button at some point as well.

Re: CNC12 V5.09 beta REV3 is now available for testing.
 D'oh! As with the previous private beta, I'm seeing that the Reset logic is behaving badly. Upon power up, it goes straight to "Reset OK", with the NoFault output immediately enabled. If you exit without hitting Reset to "Tripped", and restart CNC12, it starts back up with ...

Re: Wizard Outputs List
Have you checked the outputs drop down box for the separate list of grouped output options? There are now separate lists for All, Safety, Router, ATC, and Custom. Outputs reside in Custom.

Re: Virtual Control Panel Fault After Tool Path
It looks like the relay is powering the coil that pulls the contactor in, which then powers the router. If you put a snubber/quencharc across the coil connections, it would likely fix the issue. It also looks like that contactor has a 120vac coil, so the output 1 relay is sending 120vac to the coil....

Re: Virtual Control Panel Fault After Tool Path
It may be working fine up until you start a file and something energizes, or when things shut off when the file is done. Is that a 30A contactor for the router in the lower right, next to the curve in the Ethernet cable as it exits? Do you have a snubber on the coil for that? I had problems with one...

Re: Virtual Control Panel Fault After Tool Path
Your report shows lots of MPU resend errors going back to 1/18/24, so something is still causing comm errors. Did you go over everything mentioned in your other post? https://centroidcncforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=9664&p=83761&hilit=comunication+errors#p83761 How do you have the rest ...

Re: Attaching Limit Switches Q
You could try some 3M mounting tape. I used it on a benchtop Techno Isel to mount some 3D printed holders and targets, and it's working well.

Re: Need help writing macro
I tend to leave G54 at the table corner (which is also machine coord) for those times I may put a whole or partial sheet on the table or when surfacing the table, and 2-6 wherever else I may have something set up with a jig or in a corner clamping frame. The laser is for non critical alignment, and ...

Re: Need help writing macro
My crosshair laser and macro is set up is similar to Shawn's. I've added the option to choose what WCS (1-6) I would like to set as well. The offsets are hard coded, but as Shawn states, the latest versions now have the crosshair laser offset option in the Wizard and a macro to go with. ;-----------...
