I understood the ELS(we bought enhanced) model to have 6400 count encoders?

Setting the steps to 6400 seems to solve the issue. We had the cnc12 and the motors set the same steps. The documentation says higher or lower steps than the actual encoder is fine, but in our case produced unexpected results. No lost steps, just Inconsistent Linear Motion.

Good catch! 12,800 was set to match the encoder counts selected during configuration of the motors via the ClearPath software. The LAN port was broken on BBG, replaced it with a new BBG, fixed.

I did not power down or close the wizard, it simply crashed.

Virus was not on.
