Re: M30 Macro
What exactly are you trying to accomplish? You are not correct as there is no "should" about it - Perhaps you mean "I would like to..." M30 designates END of Program and by default, performs no operation. It is therefore understandable that the final lines of your program remain ...

I forgot to mention that it's good practice to Graph a program immediately after loading as a quick and simple error check - something I always do.

Re: Cnc12 V5.06 loading a program

The definition of M30 is clearly described in the Centroid's Mill Operation manual which I suggest you refer. The September ...

Re: Timing Pulley Options
With my Capt. Obvious hat on, don't forget that by doubling the spindle speed you will suffer a 50% torque reduction. Also check that your spindle bearings are suitable for the increased speed.

Re: Changing router bits mid-job without an ATC
My router has ER25 Collet spindle and I use Swissi's ProbeApp which is configured exactly for this situation. His mfunc6 is setup to match this config along the lines of Shawn's 2nd paragraph above. The only time I need to slightly adjust the toolchange position is when using a large diameter cutter...
