Did you have an Acorn (or other Centroid board) connected to your PC when you installed the software?
If not and you just want to familiarise yourself, install the Offline version.

The fastest way forward is to restore from the most recent backup dated BEFORE you started making these erroneous changes. This assumes that the backup is the same CNC12 software version as have currently. Restore should NOT be used for different s/w versions, of course. Before you start and just in...

I also use CNC12 with Vectric's Aspire (same PP as Vcarve) and with the Centroid Arc Inch PP.

As Shawn states above, you have your drives p/r set to 800. Your report shows your Acorn config is set to 1600 which is where it should be BUT a mismatch with the drives. Simple answer I guess is not everyone wants or needs this. I would add (or subtract) an amount greater than the tool radius if I need full clearance at the end / start of each lateral move. Some other observations that might help: In the Report you posted for the 15 Jan your CPU has a Single thread benchmark of 1515 which is very close to the minimum required for Mill. No fix as you just need to correctly configure your machine.
From Main Menu F1 Setup --> F3 Parms and change parameter 001 from default 0 to 1 then F10 Save. This will provide Horizontal Front Mount

Your sequence is correct BUT the last report you uploaded is timestamped as Jan 5 circa 16:00. A current Report.zip is therefore needed to include changes you have made since that date
