Re: Intercon g code lathe
If you repeatedly run a job that uses T1, then T4, then T7, does everything function the way you want it to? On a separate note, what is the purpose of variable #102 in your homing macro? I use all the tools in the turret. Not sure why i put the #102 in the homing macro but it still works without t...

It seems to work again now after i deleted t...

Re: Intercon g code lathe
I think i have solved the problem why it was putting the 1 in the G54 origin page. When the turret reverses to home the turret it backs up 1 then instead of it putting 0 in the A axis it put 1 in the field. Now it puts the DRO to 0 instead of 1 as i changed the code in the homing file.

Intercon g code lathe
The Boxford 250PC lathe has been working ok and tool changing perfectly until yesterday. If i type in any tool number in the MDI screen it goes to the correct tool on the rotating tool turret. If i use intercon and tell it to use T0101 for roughing then T0303 for finishing it rotates to tool T1 and ...

Re: Lathe ATC only advancing one tool
Philtrueman, In Imperial, the Motor is in rev/Inch, while in Metric it is mm/rev. If it takes you multiple revs for each tool, i would expect the value to be 0.20 instead. So to travel 1mm, it would rotate 5 times. The macro does not use Turns/inch directly, but does assume that 1inch or 1mm = 1 to...
