"Which two pins did you have incorrect Nate? Glad you got it worked out! Thanks for bringing closure to your issue. Would be nice if you posted a schematic(IF it differs from the Centroid Schematic), parameters for your Delta Drive and working report. It may well help the next person. Marty&quo...

Re: Acorn output states not changing. Possible fried Acorn?
Just wanted to post an update to this issue. I installed a new acorn, and decided to triple check my wiring from the acorn to the Delta Servo drives. I had two pins incorrect. Once fixing the pins, I am fully functional. Went back to the original acorn and it works perfect. Furthermore- I installed ...

I have a geckodrive G213v stepper drive, 70vdc ps and a stepper. I will try that and see.
I have an oscilloscope, but only the faintest idea on how to use it. Its a 100mhz digital techtronics.

Acorn output states not changing. Possible fried Acorn?
Morning everyone. Happy holidays! I have been working on getting my lathe running with an Acorn and Delta ASDA-B2 drives. for the moment, the Z is the only axis I have hooked up. Actually, its not wired into the acorn right now, as I discovered that the Z would only move in one direction. Having rea...

Marty- Much appreciated. I am grateful for the help/info/follow up. I don't have much knowledge to offer when it comes to these matters, however should you ever have a question about grinding/grinding machinery, I am qualified to speak on the following- Od grinding Surface grinding Id grinding Jig g...

Re: In Preperation for hooking up Delta ASDA-B2 to Acorn.
Curiously, the symbol shown on the Acorn Diagram appear to have the little question mark style features that I believe are the "overload" symbols. However the parts numbers shown above do not appear to me to have thermal overload protection.

Re: In Preperation for hooking up Delta ASDA-B2 to Acorn.
If i'm reading the OAK schematic correctly, the delta Axis drives are fed 2 phases of the 3 phase input power (labeled L2, L3) through CB3/4 and CB3/2 presumeably this is referring to Circuit Breaker. The (NB1-D10-2P) shown in the legend appears to be the following CB- https://www.ebay.com/i/1844074...

Re: In Preperation for hooking up Delta ASDA-B2 to Acorn.
I have asked Centroid to clarify....they drew the schematic. Overload relay contactor...where is the coil? It appears to me to be logic power to the drive. Which, I would want to come on when the cabinet is powered up and stay hot with the control. Hence my guess is that it should be a circuit brea...
