Re: CNC11 QUESTION
What exactly are you planning on changing in the DRO? The CNC11 software can control I/O. All you need to do is customize the PLC program. You can either customize the PLC program yourself or we can create a custom PLC program for you for a fee.

Re: Spindle velocity control
Are you trying to do this under Mach3 or CNC11? CNC11 can control your spindle speed, assuming your machine is equipped with a variable frequency spindle drive (inverter). For CNC11 Parameter 35 is the "Spindle Encoder Axis Number" Parameter 78 is "Spindle Speed Display and Operations...

Re: lathe/mill control pendant
The pendants are the same minus the stickers for 3rd/4th axis for the mills. The pendant won't care, you can use the buttons they just won't have stickers there. You must set up the extra axis in the software though in order for the pendant to know there something there to move. If you are using the...

The demo software is only for testing out the software, it will not communicate with the control. If you purchased a system from us it should have come with a 45-day demo code. This is an unlock you can enter into software and will provide full access for 45 days. Please install the Centroid Mill so...

Re: Encoder and a few other questions
We recommend 2000 line encoders, but if your happy with the lower resolution at 500 line then you can go with that. A 10in-lb motor would be the minimum servomotor size we would recommend. If you already have a MPU11+DC3IOB/ALLIN1DC using a DC1 will add an additional axis. The 4th axis software is a...

Re: machine test
sml2011,
How are you planning on doing your 4th and 5th axis? Our boards are capable of 6-8 axis if that is what you are asking? I am a little confused on what you are trying to test.
