Hi The THC is not happy and is maxed out. Plots are showing a constant high voltage. The very first plot shows the maxed out voltage also. What were the results of the THC bench test? Can you post pictures of the THC and cabinet wiring. What Plasma cutter are you running? I would not fire the torch ...

Another problem with homing. I have inductive sensors attached on the machine so i can home automatically. Jeff there are only 3 Motors on the Table currently.

Brett Do you have a Grounding Wire Connecting the Gantry to the Table frame? Throw a heavy gauge Wire on that connects to the Gantry then runs thru the energy chain and Connects to the Table. Hello Mark Just Loaded your report and (Torch On) in not assigned to any output in the Wizard. That would explain the torch not firing. :D No Output Assigned.png If you followed Schematic S15107 than assign (Torch ON) to Output 2 in The Wizard's Output menu. Mark Torch ON.png Should be a quick fix
