Uwe - you have two wireless MPG's and what looks like a Z axis MPG. Can you elaborate on how you're using all these, and what the capabilities are with Acorn6? The left WMPG is for my mill, the lathe is just a good place to stick it on... Dual purpose machine, turning and WMPG holding for the mill ...

You want to slave the C-Axis to the encoder from the live tooling....

I think that is not possible out of the box now.

One other way is to cut starting grooves with the C-Axis and do free rotating hobbing.

You have no Input set for the probe and probe detect.

If you get Drive Fault, the drives are sending ALM to the Drive OK input

That looks very good. Do you run Centroid controls on some of your machines at work? Not right now. Our production machines are running +9 axis and 4 spindle drives on synchronized dual channel CNC systems. That is outside Centroids product range as far as I know. Had no longer to keep it secret. I am one of the beta testers for Acorn 6, that will be released this week. C-axis function is build in and works like on the bigger controls from Centroid. Y-axis for the lathe ist working now with G2/3 in all planes. Loaded with lots of new features, and it is fast ...

I don´t think there are bugs on lathe and mill, both worked without issues on my machines.
