There are some threads here with problems using DMM servos as spindle drive, but nobody posted a solution...

Re: JMC 220V Servos with Acorn
It runs like this out of the box?
Should speed up smoothly.
Did you check if there is a voltage fluctuation when 0-10V is connected and servo running?
If yes you need a snubber circuit:

Re: Solidworks for $38.50 a year
Oh bummer.....3 axis milling only....... Uwe, Fusion is just cumbersome. Unnecessary parameters I actually like using the Acorn conversational. It is quick and efficient for simple cuts. Too bad it can't do complex things. For 2 axis turning Intercon is very fast, I use CAM only for 3 or 4 axis on ...

Re: Solidworks for $38.50 a year
The included Shop Floor Programmer is only for 3 axis milling...
What do you think is missing in fusion for turning, works fine for me with y and c axis included.

Re: Spindle Break In Recomendations
I would do nothing.
If it is cold in the shop do a few minutes warm up with 2000 rpm
When running first time 5000rpm keep an eye on the temperature of the spindle.

set P06-24 :
Set range: 0-1, factory set:1
0: When the State is valid, optocoupler cut-off
1: When the State is valid, optocoupler on
"Load inertia ratio measurement" (AF_J-L) always with all load attached
