I am off to upgrade the mill and late software to version 4.62.... I have watched the 2 year old video and understand and assume still applies. I have one question .... My PLC software in the lathe app has had a couple of mods. Can I copy it over of do I need to find and make same changes in 4.62?

I do... I've just spent so long getting everything up and going on both lathe and mill, I'm anxious about possibly loosing it. Need to look up the doc on doing a software upgrade.
