Re: Acorn limit switch setup
Thanks for the info, the alt i command sure helps
it turns out that 3/6 switches are defective, but I'm confident that the Acorn is configured properly now

Re: Acorn no longer follows touch off macro
Hi Swissi,
I was able to get a proper touch off yesterday, but it took a few tries..
I will try your updated macro as it seems more robust
Thanks,
Wil

Acorn no longer follows touch off macro
Hi, Last year I set up a touch off macro so that the tool a) goes to a tool change position b) jog over to touch place c) bit lowers until it touches touch plate and then the bit should automatically move up. ACORN feed rate limit
Hi,
I was surfacing a slab and I created a cnc file in Careveco with the feed rate set to 200ips.
When I ran the file the Acorn controller ran it at 50 ipm (Max feed rate)
How to I change the max feed rate?
Thanks,
Wil

Re: Is it possible to pause a job and then resume on the Acorn?
Ok, On the panel I see nothing labelled pause, and that's why I sent the original question.
On the attached picture please identify the "Pause Key"
Do I have to program one of the aux buttons for this perpose? Is it "Feed Hold" ?
Thanks

Is it possible to pause a job and then resume on the Acorn? (Resolved)
Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to pause a running job and then resume where I left off at a later time.
If so what are proven steps to achieve this?
Thanks

Re: ACORN No Stepper movement whatsoever
Hi Marty,
The machine is working, just needs calibration at this point
I am impressed with the support here, I didn't expect to hear back and resolve
the issues on the weekend
Thanks!
Wil
