I knew I did something wrong in the settings... I just set all unused inputs to unused.
Thanks for all the support.

can't change Fast and Slow Jog..
I have found the cause :D When input 7 ProbeTripped is configured for Input Type NO: I cannot toggle between fast/slow jog. When I change it to Input Type NC, or put Input 7 to unused (so no probe configured): I can toggle between fast/slow jog. Because I am still testing the total setup, I had set ...

can't change Fast and Slow Jog..
I press <alt J> and then <CTRL F> toggle state does not change. Jog axis at 100% feedrate, displayed feed rate = 200 (= slow feed jog speed) Changing fast jog to be the same as Max rate, does not solve the problem. When I change the settings in the wizard to Benchtest, I CAN toggle slow/fast jogging...

can't change Fast and Slow Jog..
I have set the microstep value (2000) on the drivers using the dipswitches, the ball srew has 5mm pitch, no other setup.
The distance the table is moving seems correct.
When using the jog keys max speed is 200mm, when I do a G0 X0 Y0 speed reaches 1200mm. Somehow the slow/fast button stays on slow.

Can't change from Slow Jog to Fast Jog - Solved
Yes motors turning :) but have a strange issue. Somehow I cannot switch anymore from slow jog to fast jogging. It is stuck in slow mode. I must have done some wrong setting I have to further check. I did change the stepper resolution from 1600 to 2000 in software and on the drivers, this gives a mor...

Re: Connecting Leadshine Easy Servo Drive ES-D808
I send you a PM.
I connected the drivers using the leadshine drawing. I used a 5v power supply. Although the drivers can handle 24v, according to the manual it is recommended to use 5v. I did not yet connected the fault connector. I am still testing the total setup.

Re: OMRON E6B2-CWZ1X Encoder Unboxining and Overview
I only have to find a way to mount the encoder on my machine. I run a small Optimum BF20L mill in the attic. I replaced the origional motor with a Sangmutan BLDC motor, also from China, running very well the last 1.5 years, and I installed a belt drive from desktopprecision. I run the machine in hig...

Re: OMRON E6B2-CWZ1X Encoder Unboxining and Overview
Thanks for the great videos, good to see the encoder works. The inside of the encoder (you showed us) looks better than expected, solderings seems to be neat and clean. Today I also received the encoders from 2 different e-bay sellers. The 'Omron' box looks the same like the one you received, only t...
