Here is the link to a couple pictures. I do not have a grounding rod, would that help? Currently the wires are a little disorganized. Just trying to get it to work before tidying up the wiring on the table. Also the TX board is in the upper left corner, RX on the bottom right. Roughly 6 inches apart...

I will post some pics to google album here soon. Table is a 5x10 table I build using Precision Plasma LLC Magnum HD plans parts. Retrofitting the table from a Candcnc controller. So I ran the THC_Benchtest program to see what voltage it was reading with a battery and I an getting really odd results....

I am running a Hypertherm powermax 65. One thing I have tried is turning off thc in the profile manager and I was able to run a part. I think this may be a TX board issue. I will double check my wiring. Hopefully I didn't fry it!

Dry Run OK but When Torch Fires no Movement
Hi Everyone, I am finally getting my control built and now in testing. I can run the machine in Dry Run and it runs the program just fine. I go to fire the torch and it will touch off Z fire the torch and then it just stays there. I probably have a setting wrong. Any help would greatly be appreciate...
