Also how or where do I set probe offset? when probe z ( with the probe) my z get set to 3.074 and that is my tool setter offset, it is like centroid is confused between the tool setter and the probe...

I've done that but when I use the F4 Auto probe I only get X and Y slot. And z single when my probe is plugged in. If I unplug my probe then I can get X and Y single but I can't probe because the probe is not plugged in

1: I don't understand the concept or how to use the reference tool as tool 0, I can get it to work as long as I use it as tool 1.

yes I saw that link, and if it comes to it i might go that way,
but right now the controller I have works,
The Haas guy said they could up grade for $15k.
then if you start adding on HSM, Cord rotate etc, Im guessing 20k.
Keith any idea what the alpha retro fit costs?

sorry this is off topic but just picked up a new (used) toy.
the thermwood retrofit is on hold for a few weeks while I get this little beast under control.
If it gives me any trouble I might put a centroid in it.....

changes made, Still overwriting my home file, when I go in to wizard, and I do have use custom home file set.
also sometimes the wizard will set my limits to zero.. strange...
