That was it! I followed the drawing above. I put a jumper wire from +24 to PW, and Com on the relays to COM on the VFD terminals. It now seems to work well.

If I used 5V for VCC would I need a resistor? Would I then wire it to an input on the DB25 BOB? If yes, would it be the ALM- that connects to the DB25? Thanks!

Thanks Marty! Would I wire the alarm output from each drive, in series to an input on the DB25 header? Would it be the + or - that goes to the header?
